The Economic of Sports at Ravens Stadium 
Join us at Ravens Stadium on February 24, 2024 from 8:30am–3:30pm to learn how to engage students in learning about economics through the lens of professional sports. This innovative workshop will help educators understand and share economics concepts with students.
Workshop topics include: Are High Priced Youth Sports Really Worth It?, The Globalization of Sports: How the Fight for Economic and Political Freedom Has Grown Sports Around the World, and Comparative Advantage and Analytics: The Game Inside the Game. Workshop content and materials are correlated to the Maryland Content Standards for elementary and secondary educators who teach economics, personal finance, and ideas!
